The majority of tasks utilize such elements as people, money, and equipment to achieve results and hit selected targets. To manage projects effectively you need to handle a number of things. You can look through a number of such factors below:
- Setting objectives and carrying out analysis.

- Assigning and managing resources.
- Determining the outcomes of the project.
- Managing what is going on: giving out tasks, supervising execution.
